This 06 blue roan mare “Sophia” was purchased late in 2008 from the famous Broken Bones Ranch of Wyoming and introduced to Whipp Hancock. She is double bred Hancocks Blue Boy by an own son, JP Hancock Nineteen, and is out of the mare Whipps Blue Renata, an own daughter of the immortal Hancocks Blue Boy. Her HZ is 5 and she has 5 matched pairs of chromosomes. We sure appreciate all the real good horses the Whipp family has provided us over the last few years.
